- Follow Reddit Content PolicyAll members should familiarize themselves with the Reddit Content Policy:
- You may not link in a self-serving way. (No Backlinks)If you're here to just link people to your content or sell your or your agencies services, your contribution is not welcome.

- Must be related to SEOPosts must be related to search engine optimisation, even just adjacent. For example if the entire post is around PPC, there are better subs for your post.
- Communicate kindlyWe must foster a healthy environment for all members. Disagreements will and should happen, but as long as everyone handles it respectfully and openly, there shouldn't be any problem.
- No SpammingDont spam the same links within a 24hr period
- No Soliciting and "Asking to DM"No Soliciting and "Asking to DM". Asking people to DM you will get your post/comment removed and will likely get you banned after a few times

How to show up here without getting banned
- Don't post about your product. Answer questions in the comments with real expertise instead. People who find your answers useful check your profile, so say what you do there.
- Keep it in the thread. Don't move people to DMs to pitch them: “Asking people to DM you will get your post/comment removed and will likely get you banned after a few times”
- Be early. r/SEO gets about 50 new posts a day, so a question is buried within hours. The first useful answers get the attention.
- Read the sidebar and pinned posts. Moderators often add rules there, and rules change. Check r/SEO's before your first post.
